Heh. I also found some interesting information when the pups are still quite young they will be shared around the pack with some mothers going out to hunt and some staying behind to look after them. Maybe this could be implanted into the game somehow by the player choosing which females to stay behind and look after them and if they don't chose, some of the cubs will die by predators aka,Hyenas, Scavengers. I don't really know xD

I definitely support the idea of pups being able to die. There could be predators who would attack and stuff, and they could injure themselves and maybe die from that?

This sounds like a brilliant mechanic that could be added. If it's alright what if there is a chance to add the possibility of some of the pups or dogs being born sterile? I know it's never a loved idea, but keeping the population in check wise maybe it could help? Anyways just food for thought; love your idea very much though  . |
